Your business likely sells multiple lines of services or hardware. Are you effectively promoting to your existing customers?

If any part of you is saying “no,” you’ll want to learn more about a ConnectWise HubSpot integration.

What is a ConnectWise HubSpot Integration and What Data Can It Sync?

A ConnectWise HubSpot integration is a bidirectional sync of ConnectWise objects and related field data with their respective HubSpot objects and field data. It can maximize how you engage with your customers by syncing ConnectWise contacts, companies, opportunities, contact activity, product catalog, and forecast data into HubSpot.

But to get the most out of your interactions with your customers, you’ll need the following ConnectWise data flowing into HubSpot:

  1. Create a list of your current customers. You can do this by syncing the ConnectWise customer object to the HubSpot customer object. Then, you’ll use the lifecycle stage filter for your list criteria. Set it to “customer.”
  2. Identify which of your contacts and customers are active. With synced ConnectWise data, you can filter your customer list and look for properties like “recent conversion date, time last seen, last marketing email open date, recent sales open date, last contacted,” or “recent sales email replied date.” If any of them are past a year, they’re likely inactive or a past customer not who may not be interested in another service or product.
  3. Sync your ConnectWise opportunity data to HubSpot deal data to see which customers from your active list may already be purchasing something new. Properties like “last activity data, last contacted,” and “deal probability” can help determine who’s close to buying something new. You can use this information and look into the customer contact record, specifically at their activity, to see how they’ve engaged with your company recently and send them content related to that.
  4. Use product and line item object data to personalize and get more thorough with your campaigns. Building on the idea above, you can use this ConnectWise product catalog data in HubSpot to look at your customers’ products or services and build marketing campaigns based on that information. For example, you may have a service that is complementary to what they’ve already purchased. Or, you could have an upgraded product that they are interested in.

Naturally, your campaigns will depend on what your customers have and what your offerings are. But the ConnectWise HubSpot integration makes it simple to know and use all that information in HubSpot.

Even better? With a SyncSmart integration, you can populate all your historical data from ConnectWise and push it to HubSpot so you can get started on your efforts right away.

Up- or Cross-Sell to Your Customers with Synced ConnectWise Data

With HubSpot’s robust email and other marketing automation tools, you can easily build lead nurtures based on your customer’s activity and deal history and promote your other services. You can also look into your data to determine if there are other marketing materials you need to create to be successful in up- or cross-selling to your customers, such as blogs, case studies, infographics, comparison charts, and more.
